Field Characters: Shrub, 1.5-2 m in height. Stem diameter approximately 1.5 cm. Leaves cordate, crenate. Flowers white, growing from leaf nodes.

Locality: Sekong Province, Thateng District, Pa Leng Tai Village, Sekong MBP Thateng.

Habitat: Sekong MBP Thateng, side of hill, shade.

Locality: Bolikhamxay Province, Paksan district, Somsavath Village, Medicinal Plant Preserve, at 20 km from Paksan city center.

Habitat: Secondary forest. Remnants of broadleaved evergreen, lowland tropical rain forest, in regeneration from past conversion process.

Altitude: 190 m asl
