Locality: Xiengkhouang Province, Kham District, Xiengkhouang Medicinal Biodiversity Preserve, mountain road between Muang Kham and Ban Tha.  

Habitat: Broadleaved evergreen submontane forest. Roadside, on a mountain slope.

Locality: Oudomxay, Muang Xay District, Donxay Village, Medicinal Biodiversity Preserve, about 3 km south of city.GPS reading: 20o 39.962’ N; 102o 00.138’ E.

Habitat: Forest trail on the mountain slope, on the western side of the preserve, in a tropical rain forest formation
