Field Characters: Herbaceous plant ~20cm tall, stem ~.25cm; leaves opposite, lanceolate; flowers small, white, dark purple inside, growing from leaf nodes; stem square. Plant has a potent bitter taste.

Locality: Vientiane City,  Sissatanak District, Area around the ITM, Pon Papao Village.

Habitat: Cultivated in disturbed area. Full sun.
