Field Characters: Small tree 4-5 m high, leaves opposite, large, dark green, latex white, fruits in in pairs, 10-20 cm long.

Locality: Dong na tat forest preserve, Km 19, Kaisone Phomvihan district, Savannakhet province. GPS reading: 19o 42.613’ N; 103o 35.405’ E.

Habitat: Broadleaved monsoonal forest. Forest opening. 

Altitude: 160 m asl.
