Field Characters: Terrestrial orchid growing on flooded ground at the forest floor, fruits green, arranged on erect racemes, up to 40 cm tall.
Locality: Oudomxay, Muang Xay District, Donxay Village, Medicinal Biodiversity Preserve, about 3 km south of the city.
Habitat: Flooded ground in a forest trail on the lower side of a mountain slope, in a tropical rain forest, near the Guard cabin.
Altitude: 716 m asl.
