Locality: Xieng Khoang Province, Kham District, Kham Medicinal Biodiversity Preserve, 15 km from Kham town. Ba Tha village.

Habitat: Broadleaved evergreen submontane forest. Edge of forest near stream.

Altitude: 1130 m asl
