Locality: Khammuan Province; Nyommalath District; Thongkong Village, road side of Route to Khammouane Medicinal Biodiversity Preserve; at the southern reaches of Nakai Nam Theum National Park.
Habitat: Tropical rainforest on flat level lands.
Altitude: 150 m asl.
