Field Characters: Small tree, 8-10 m height. Stem wood is red. The inside of the bark is also red. Alternate Leaves alternate, oval, with entire margin. Leaf size 4 by 9 cm, brownish-green in color.

Locality: Laos, Xonbouly District, Savannakhet Province, Ban Nonh Khu Neua.
