Field Characters: Shrub 1-2 ft high, exudes latex, bearing stipules, leaves alternate. Inflorescence axillary on leafy stem, paired or solitary, globose, 5-7 mm in diam., subsessile to pedunculate. 

Locality: Khammuan Province: Nyommalath District; Thongkong Village, road side of Route to Khammouane Medicinal Biodiversity Preserve; at the southern reaches of Nakai Nam Theum National Park.   

Habitat: Tropical rainforest on flat level lands. 

Altitude: 150 m asl.
