Locality: Xieng Khoang Province, Kham District, Kham Medicinal Biodiversity Preserve, 15 km from Kham town. Ba Tha village, northern edge of MBP.

Habitat: Broadleaved evergreen submontane forest. Edge of forest along road.

Altitude: 1440 m asl
