Locality: Khammouane Province; Nyomalat District; Tong Kong Village, roadside of Route to Khammouane Medicinal Biodiversity Preserve; at the southern reaches of Nakai Nam Theum National Park. 

Habitat: Tropical rainforest on flat level lands. 

Altitude: 150 m asl.
