Field Characters: Small woody vine, around 3 m long, stem ~.25 cm diam. Leaf margin smooth, upper side glabrous. Fruit dark red, oblong, approximately 3.5 cm long and 4 cm in diameter.

Locality: Sekong Province, Thateng District, Pa Leng Tai Village, Sekong MBP Thateng.

Habitat: Forested hillside. Partial shade.

Altitude: 580 m asl
