Locality: Oudoxay Province, Muang Xay District, Donxay Villag at Medicinal Biodiversity Preserve, about 3 km south of the city.
Habitat: Edge of forest in a broadleaved evergreen lowland tropical rainforest, on a mountain slope.
Altitude: 730 m asl.
