Field Characters: Big liana, 20-30 m long; old liana rough, ramified, blackish, covered with scars . Leaves alternate, young leaves reddish, old leaves whitish green, acuminate. The liana looks like the liana of Uvaria #. The flowers are yellow. 

Locality: Oudomxay Province, Xay District, Dorn Xay Village.
